Alector Construction Ltd undertake a wide range of house and refurbishment projects in London. These range from fairly small jobs such as refurbishing a bathroom through to larger remodeling works which may include extensive changes such as removal of structural walls and creating new rooms.
Whether the project involves one room or a whole house we are able to act as main contractors taking on all aspects of the work including installing and updating electrics, plumbing and plaster work. As well as doing renovation and refurbishment work for private home owners we are also able to take on jobs for landlords and property managers.
Although we do a number of vacant property renovations each year we are also used to doing house renovations while our clients are in residence.
